South Sound Electric's owner, Raymond Boink, has lived and worked in Kitsap county for over 40 years. He served his Electrical apprenticeship in the International Brotherhood Of Electrical Workers (IBEW Local 46) and has held a Washington State Journeyman's License for over 30 years.
